Dracula comes First on my mind if I were going to attend a Halloween Costumes Party, of course because of its vicious scary look then its easy to design and easy to find.

For Male costumes you can buy rent or make your own costumes, you can put some paintings on your body to make it real pale and bloody color, then a dry blood on your mouth to create a effects that you just have eaten a human to make it scary look.

Common vampire look, with red and black motif. 

Gothic type Dracula look, with pale effect make up in black and white motif

You can also choose a bat type vampire which is more creative and nit usual. I comes with a wing of a bat when hand raised.
